2. General Operating Parameters

To optimize drilling efficiency and maximize bit life, please adhere to the following recommended operating parameters:

Weight on Bit (WOB):108 – 237 KN
Rotary Speed (RPM):200 – 40 RPM
Recommended Upper Torque:16.3 – 21.7 KN.M

Formations Application:

  • This bit is highly effective in medium-hard formations characterized by high compressive strength and high abrasiveness. Typical target rocks include:(Limestone,Dolomite,Sandstone,Chert, etc.)

Suitable Drilling Conditions:

  • Rotary Drilling: Standard rotary drilling setups.
  • High-Temp Drilling: Geothermal exploration and high-temperature wells.
  • Deep Drilling: Ultra-deep well operations requiring high reliability.

3.Product Introduction:

  • High strength and wear resistance tungsten carbide, improve the strength and wear resistance of tooth.
  • The circular/non-circular lock ring in the roller cone bit uses the synthetic material developed by TZ, which shows greater wearing resistance and sealing reliability than traditional sealing materials.
  • After adding special materials to the rotating-shaft composite lock ring in the tricone bit, the coefficient of friction can be lowered by over 40% if under the bench test conditions, thus improving the wearing resistance by 2-3 times.
  • If using new high-viscosity lubricant grease with good thermal stability, the double-oil storage lubrication compensation system made through precise design and processing can significantly improve the speed of balancing the pressure inside and outside the bearing, enhance the bearing capacity of the bearing and extend the service life of the sealing and of the entire bearing system.
  • A row of wedge trimmers is added between heel row and gage row compacts, so that it has double functions of trimming borehole wall and protecting cone shell.
